How a portal project runs

  1. Define who and why

We agree who will use the portal and the tasks that will save them.

  2. Design

We design the screens, permissions and data each type of user needs.

  3. Build & connect

We build the portal on your chosen platform and connect it to your CRM, finance and other systems.

  4. Launch & grow

We invite users in stages, gather feedback and add features over time.

Platforms we use

We build portals on Microsoft Power Pages, Salesforce Experience Cloud and Zoho Creator, usually on the same platform as your CRM so data is shared securely without extra integration.

Common questions

Do we need a portal or would a website form do?

A form is fine for one-way requests. A portal is worth it when people need to see their own information, such as orders, cases, invoices or membership details, or do repeat tasks.

Is a portal secure?

Yes. Users sign in and only see their own records.
